    Yes, a halfhearted attempt to mitigate it. I have something similar to what's in this commit combined with some other stuff to deal with it. There are probably better ways to deal with this kind of thing, but this keeps it somewhat in check.

    they've been doing this for about six months. first they said it wasnt them, now they are being immature dicks on twitter,etc.

    there's also someone going around bridging any irc network in a #party channel with a bot
